Saw this hack for oven cleaning and I won’t do anything else again

  1. Prepare the Oven: Remove any large debris or food particles from the oven.
  2. Create the Paste: Mix half a cup of baking soda with a few tablespoons of water to create a spreadable paste.
  3. Apply the Paste: Spread the paste over the interior surfaces of the oven, avoiding heating elements. Let it sit overnight (at least 12 hours) for the best results.
  4. Wipe Down: After sitting overnight, use a damp cloth to wipe off as much of the baking soda paste as possible.
  5. Vinegar Spray: Pour vinegar into a spray bottle and spritz the interior of the oven, especially in areas where the baking soda residue remains. The vinegar will react with the baking soda, foaming and loosening any leftover grime.
  6. Final Wipe: After the foaming subsides, wipe down the oven again with a damp cloth to remove the remaining baking soda and vinegar.
  7. Optional Step: For stubborn spots, repeat the process or use a sponge for gentle scrubbing.
