Prestige Rocambole

1 cup powdered milk
1 cup of chocolate powder
1/2 can condensed milk (approximately)
aluminum foil or cling film for rolling out the dough
a rolling pin or beer bottle to roll out the dough

– Method of preparation

Mix the nest milk with the chocolate powder until it forms a homogeneous mass.
Then add the condensed milk until the point
Place the dough on the table and knead until it is smooth and does not stick to your fingers.

If the dough is too soft and sticking to your fingers, add powdered milk and powdered chocolate until you have a consistent and very homogeneous dough.

Open the cling film on a table, place the dough, place another cling film on top and roll out the dough until it is thin (but not too thin)
Remove the top plastic and place the stuffing
After passing the stuffing into the dough, cut the edges to make them straight and roll them up, but only having contact with the plastic and not with the dough, so that it remains smooth
