CONDENSED MILK WITH ONLY FOUR INGREDIENTS

– In a saucepan, place the sugar and water over medium-low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil or brown the preparation.
– When the sugar is dissolved, place in the blender (preferably in a glass glass). Liquefy for about a minute, add the vanilla and gradually add the milk powder while liquefying.
– Once the milk has been added, liquefy for about 5 minutes (to avoid forcing the mixer, you can turn it off every minute for 30 seconds). If it’s too thick, you can add 2 or 3 more tablespoons of water while continuing to liquefy.
– When ready, place the mixture in a glass jar, let it cool and store it in the refrigerator.
