Broccoli and zucchini cream, delicious and rich in nutrients: the recipe

You need: 2 large broccoli, 1 zucchini, 2 onions, 1 leek, 1 clove of garlic, vegetable stock (organic) and 1 tablespoon of thyme, parsley, black pepper, olive oil.

Wash all the vegetables well. Cut the broccoli florets and zucchini. Heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic (cut into pieces). Add the leek and cook until translucent.
